How Do I Place an Order?
It’s Easy! 3 Steps.
Step 1: Simply select the type, size and options of the sign product that you would like to purchase.
Step 2: Go through the Checkout and pay for the product.
Step 3: Finally Upload or Submit your Design File through our Upload section on our web site.
(If you are purchasing a Banner from our Pre Designed Banners section,
there is no need to submit or upload any design file unless your order requires additional photo, logo or clip art added to the existing design)
Design or Art Files
Final & approved Design electronic files are customer
responsibility and must be Submitted after purchasing the sign products
in order to start the work.
All prices are based on customer supplied final electronic design file.
I Don’t Have a Design file, Can you help me with the Design or Layout?
Yes! We can help you with the Design or Layout of your Sign, However there may be additional charges.

How do I Upload (submit) my Design File?
Once you complete your purchase you will be prompted with upload or
submit your design file message in the same page as your order
completion page. You can simply click on Upload link to go to upload page or you can return at a later time to submit your file.
IMPORTANT!
Make sure to include your Order # in the comments box at the time of Upload.

What Types of Design File Formats do you Accept?
Please refer to our Guidelines section on our web site for detailed information about acceptable file formats and how to prepare them.
Do you make double-sided vinyl banners?
Yes! Please select Double Sided banners from Banners Category Page.
What type of banner materials do you use to print?
We use Heavy Duty 13oz Matt scrim vinyl banner material, which is Indoor & Outdoor Durable.
Is Hem & Grommet (eyelets) included?
Yes! All vinyl & mesh banners are hemmed and grommeted every 2-3 feet.
Do you offer custom size Banners, Clings, Posters, Magnets & Decals?
Yes!
Vinyl Banners: We can print up to 8 Feet wide by almost any length
Mesh Banners: We can print up to 6 Feet wide by almost any length
Paper Banners: We can print up to 5 Feet wide by almost any length
Clings: We can print up to 50 inches wide by almost any length
Posters: We can print up to 5 Feet wide by almost any length
Posters with Lamination: We can print up to 5 Feet wide by almost any length
Magnets: We can print up to 40 inches wide by almost any length
Decals: We can print up to 62 inches wide by almost any length
Can I check my Order Status Online?
Yes!
You can check your order Status by going to Order Status Section of our
web site and view the status of your order. Please be sure to enter
your Order ID # and your email address correctly.
What is your Turnaround?
Normal turnaround is 2-3 working days from the time we receive your
final approved electronic design file and Full Payment. (Please allow
more days for shipping based on the method of shipping you have
chosen).
What are the Payment Methods Accepted?
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted through Our PayPal Checkout.
You don’t have to have a PayPal account to purchase.
Do I pay Sales Tax?
All orders shipped within State of California is subject to %8.25 State Sales Tax.
